Select products in Furnsphere and choose which images and documents you need – and by when.
The supplier is invited
The responsible contact receives an email with a personal link and signs in with a one-time code. No password, no software.
Upload and check
Images and PDFs are checked immediately: format, resolution, malware scan. Content of a series applies to all its products automatically.
Publish
One click creates a new, immutable version. Every connected retailer receives it in their PIM automatically.

Frequently asked questions
What is Furnbridge?
Furnbridge is a platform where furniture manufacturers maintain their product images and documents once and deliver them to every retailer who asks. Retailers receive the content checked and versioned, straight into their PIM.
Which content is supported?
Product images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and documents as PDF, such as assembly guides, data sheets, care instructions and certificates. More product data is planned for later.
Do I need Furnsphere as a retailer?
Today Furnbridge is connected through Furnsphere. Other systems can connect through the open interface (REST API and webhooks) – get in touch.
What do suppliers need to install?
Nothing. Suppliers work in the browser and sign in with the link from the invitation and a one-time code.
How quickly is the connection set up?
You receive a client ID and a secret and enter both in Furnsphere. Furnbridge checks the connection right away – then you can send requests.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany. Furnbridge uses no US cloud services and no tracking tools.
